- The blocked out dates above show dates that are already booked.
- The first and last day of a reservation are partial days (check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 10 AM), so your check-in or check-out may still fall on those already booked dates.
- If the Upper Level is blocked on the calendar, the Lower Level may still be available—and vice versa.

Who can I ask questions about our stay?

Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any events rescheduled within 45 days of the original date will require 20% payment.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 20% down payment with the remaining 80% to be paid 24 hours prior to your event.
Are prices the same throughout the year?
There are a couple weeks a year that have higher rates around holidays. We will inform you if any of the dates you request are not standard rates.
Can I book elsewhere?
Absolutely! We also are on Airbnb and VRBO. Search Casa Emerson in Los Barriles and you will see all three of our listings (whole house, upper level, and lower level)

The House
