What is the cancellation policy for bookings?
We ask 20% down payment at time of booking, this amount will be returned if you cancel 45 days before arrival.
How do I book?
We completed Casa Emerson and launched this website in late 2025. For now, we haven’t added an online payment system as we gauge interest and streamline our booking process. To reserve your stay, simply fill out the form above with your desired dates, and we’ll confirm availability and pricing. Once confirmed, a 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation, payable via Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer, or similar methods. This deposit is fully refundable up to 45 days before your arrival. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your first night.
