Casa Emerson is a two-story home perfectly positioned to experience the best of Los Barriles. Just three blocks from the town center and its top restaurants, and five blocks from the vibrant beach where kiteboarding, winging, kitesurfing, family fun, and fishing come to life, this beautiful home sits on a hill with sweeping ocean views. Everything you need is within walking distance (800 meters or less)—great dining, grocery stores, Palmas Pickleball (24 courts), scenic trailheads, the Saturday Market, and fishing charters (or simply cast a line right from the beach).
The house is perfect for remote work or staying connected during your stay. Unlike many properties in Baja, you’ll never lose power thanks to our full solar panel system with battery backups, and our high-speed Starlink satellite internet ensures reliable connectivity, even during the very common local outages.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire property during your stay at Casa Emerson. This includes the ground floor, upper level, rooftop deck, cocktail pool, and lower terrace—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or soaking up the Baja sun

Upper Level
Up to 2 people
The second story is a true retreat, anchored by the luxurious master bedroom. This suite includes a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a stand-up desk, and an elegant en-suite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private standing deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and town.
This level also features a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kitchen island, and all the cooking tools you need to create delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, which flows seamlessly into two expansive outdoor spaces. The first balcony, connected to the living room and kitchen, offers stunning ocean views and a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The second is a rooftop deck with panoramic vistas that will leave you speechless. Both outdoor spaces are equipped with canopies, allowing you to relax in the shade while enjoying the fresh air and spectacular scenery.

The ground floor features two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom includes a desk, providing a quiet space for guests who need to work or catch up on emails. This level also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with ease, and a spacious recreational area with a large-screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a full-sized rosewood dining table—ideal for relaxing or gathering with friends and family.
Step outside through the ground floor glass doors to discover the cocktail pool—a serene spot to lounge, soak up the sun, or cool off with a refreshing dip on warm Baja days.
